What Methods of Delivery do you use?

For samples, we use express like DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS,etc. And we charge for the shipping cost seperately. Estimated delivery time is around 5-7 days.

Concerning bulk orders over 1000pcs, we use sea shipment and air shipment for all the items, while the cost is collected. In the meantime, we also accepted designated shipping forwarder provided by client's side. Estimated delivery time is around 30-45 days.

We ensure that most items over $100 require signature upon delivery. We don’t include this for lower value items or accessories such as earpads or smaller cables. Headphone is not responsible for any items lost or damaged if Permission to Leave is given. Due to the high incidence of Credit Card scams, we will not include Permission to Leave on higher value items.
